Unit 1: Pre-Licening Week One (30 Hours). A comprehensive sixty hour pre-license on real estate principles and practices. Required course to enable candidates to site for the estate sales exam.

Cost for the class is $399 and $40 for the book owed to the Teacher the first day of the class.
