About

Mike Ware-Married, Kelly Ware, Father of two with a son, Ryan Ware and daughter, Reagan Ware.  I am local to Rock Hill, SC since 1989.  I attended Rock Hill High (Graduated 1993), York Technical College, and Clemson University (Graduated 1999).  In 1999, I briefly worked for the South Carolina Forestry Commission as a forester doing inventory analysis before moving on to work for Canal Wood Corporation in Chester, SC as a procurement forester later that year.  At the beginning of 2002, I went to work for another timber dealer, Williams Forest Products, and worked as a procurement forester for right at 14 years.  At the beginning of 2016, I joined my family forestry and real estate firm, Ware Land & Timber, LLC, and have enjoyed working along side my dad to learn the business.  The experience and knowledge I have gained from being around the timber business have given me the tools to be successful with helping landowner buy or sell both land and timber.  

My hobbies include: hunting, fishing, golf, and spending time with friends and family to enjoy all God has given us.  Family and friends are my most important relationships.
