Rachel Ness brings a wealth of life experiences to the real estate market that will allow her to guide and help you along as you look to buy or sell your home. Prior to joining  EXP Realty, she and her husband worked in East Africa with environmental initiatives and agricultural ministries. She is familiar with the demands of moving, has developed a keen ability to listen to the needs and desires of those she is serving, attends to details, and works efficiently and proactively. As your REALTOR, Rachel understands that buying and selling real estate can be stressful, and so she is committed to working hard to lower your stress and help you achieve your Real Estate goals. Rachel has seen the Charlotte metro area change and grow since first moving here in 1994, where she graduated from Winthrop University with a degree in Social Work.
