COURSE DESCRIPTION: This course examines shifts and trends in the real estate industry that may present challenges to brokers, and then proposes strategies for turning those challenges into opportunities. This course provides discussion on such items as technological enhancements, generational differences, and different/new business models that brokers must consider in developing an approach to surviving and thriving in a changing real estate world. This course has been updated in October 2023 to include a 50-minute segment on Artificial Intelligence. *This course will be hosted by the Piedmont Regional Association of REALTORS® (PRAR). NOTE: This course is dually-approved in both North Carolina and South Carolina and completion will award 4 hours of CE elective credit in each state.
