A house is usually the most important purchase if anyones life and new homeowners who discover significant problems after they move in ofter blame the seller and the sales associate. Real Estate agents have always been responsible for faithfully representing the condition of the property without concealing any known defects. This course pays attention to red flags that can help an agent help their buyer navigate through their concerns about possible concerns with the home basic elements of a house. It is intended to be a tool for nonexperts who need a guide to detect red flags in a residential home.
